More about us

NeuroQSP (Neuroscience Quantitative Systems Pharmacology) brings together mechanistic modeling, pharmacology, and human neuroscience to improve decision-making in brain drug discovery and development. The core challenge in CNS R&D is translation: how do we connect molecular and circuit-level mechanisms to clinical biomarkers, symptoms, and outcomes—while accounting for exposure, target engagement, and patient heterogeneity?

Our working group exists to close that gap by building shared language and practical workflows that link PBPK/PKPD, systems biology, and QSP with computational neuroscience (circuits, electrophysiology, EEG/MEG, imaging, behavior) and real-world clinical data. We focus on approaches that are scientifically grounded, quantitatively testable, and useful in real programs—whether the goal is dose selection, biomarker strategy, patient stratification, or trial design.

This site is the home for our community: seminars, resources, collaboration opportunities, and examples of how NeuroQSP methods can be applied across modalities and disease areas. If you build models to inform study design or make development decisions in neuroscience, you’re in the right place.
